Payments:

Once you purchase an item from Jan’s Bear Essentials, you will receive an email from eBay which will contain information regarding your purchase as well as a link to Paypal for checking out. No sales tax will be charged on your order. Payments are through Paypal only (per ebay policy). After payment is received, your purchase will be shipped usually within one business day. (I go to the post office every morning.)

PLEASE DON’T BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY. The buyer must submit payment within 3 business days . I will notify ebay after the 4th day of your non-paying status unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Return Policy:

I accept returns on items purchased on ebay. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me. I will be glad to offer a refund, as long as item is returned with tags still intact and item is in mint condition. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to me plus a 10% restocking fee. If I mis-represented the item or the item is defective, I will refund all shipping costs to you as soon as the item is received back.

Shipments:

I ship worldwide. All items are shipped from Grants Pass, Oregon. I also allow items to be picked up at my shop in Oregon. I normally only ship to Paypal verified addresses, but exceptions are made if this is a gift that needs to go directly to the recipient.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE: *Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. *Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.“

I go to the post office every morning so purchases are normally shipped within one day or less.

I do combine shipping of multiple items, whenever possible. I do not charge extra for each item. When you are done shopping, let me know, and I'll combine all purchases into one box, weigh the box, and invoice you for the actual shipping costs - no handling fees ever.
