• Can I call in my order? Yes, but I cannot begin processing the order til the next day.
• Do I have to pay sales tax? No. I live in Oregon where there is no sales tax.
• How do I return an item? In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in brand new condition with Gund tags still attached. To return merchandise you MUST email us first at jansbearessentials@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number, after the 30 days and/or returned merchandise in less than new condition will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. I want my customers happy and don't want returns to be a hassle. *Please note that all clearance merchandise is final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be given for clearance or antique/collectible items unless there was an error in my description.
• When will my order be shipped? The order will be shipped within 2 days from receipt of payment. I ship through the US Post Office. Parcel Post, Priority and Express mail is available. Of course the faster you want it, the more the charges will be.
• How much does shipping cost? Your shopping cart will show the shipping costs. All items are shipped from Southern Oregon by either US Post Office Parcel Post, Priority or Express Mail. All packages are insured. International orders will be shipped by US Post Office Air Mail International unless they weigh over 4 pounds and then they will be shipped out US Post Office Priority Mail International. The total shipping is based on total weight of all items purchased unless they are going to different locations.
• When will I know when my order has been shipped? You will be notified via e-mail when you item has been shipped with a tracking number if available.
• Do you offer gift wrapping? Not really. But I can include a card with your purchase for no extra charge. If this is a gift, please let me know and I will not include an invoice with pricing in the box.
• Is it safe to use my credit card for purchase? Yes. Jan's Bear Essentials will not share or sell names or any other information about my online customers. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to my server.
• What types of payment are accepted? I accept payments through all credit cards and Paypal. I can also accept money orders/cashiers checks. Of course any money order/cashier's check mailed to Jan's Bear Essentials will delay the shipment.
• Will Call - I do allow orders to be picked up at my Grants Pass location. There is no charge for will call orders, but you will need to contact me to arrange pick-up.
• Lay-Away - I do have a lay-away plan. One-third of the purchase price is due at the time of the order. Balance is due within 4 months. Of course your purchase will not be shipped out until full payment is received. Please contact me if you are interested in lay-away to arrange payment options.
• Coming Soon - I have added a category called "Coming Soon" where you can see all the soon-to-arrive plush animals. These items are available for purchase now but are not scheduled to arrive for a few days or a few months. I have given an estimated shipping date on each item. These are normally new holiday or seasonal items which are ordered in limited quantities. If you don't want to miss out, order them now. New everyday items that are also on their way to my store will be included in this category.
