• Return Policy - In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in brand new condition with Gund tags still attached. To return merchandise you MUST email us first at jansbearessentials@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number, after the 30 days and/or returned merchandise in less than new condition will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. I want my customers happy and don't want returns to be a hassle. *Please note that all clearance merchandise is final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be given for clearance or antique/collectible items unless there was an error in my description.

• Shipping Policy - Jan's Bear Essentials offers shipping to all 50 states and worldwide as long as the post office delivers there. Items are shipped as available. Customers are given the option of partial shipments if an item is back-ordered or waiting until the entire order is ready to ship. I try to make sure my inventory levels are checked daily. In the event the item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail. I normally use the US Post Office for shipments.  All shipments are insured. 

• Availability - Once your order has been placed, Jan's Bear Essentials will not charge your account until the order is shipped. If for any reason the product you ordered is not available, I will contact you immediately via e-mail. You will have the option to wait until the product is in stock, receive a substitution or cancel your order. Please understand that the antique/collectible items are gone once they are sold. They cannot be ordered or back-ordered.

• Lay-Away - I do have a lay-away plan. One-third of the purchase price is due at the time of the order. Balance is due within 4 months. Of course your purchase will not be shipped out until full payment is received. Please contact me if you are interested in lay-away to arrange payment options.
